Perishable Items (Cakes & Desserts) 

Because our products are fresh and perishable, cakes and desserts cannot be returned once they have been delivered. If you receive an item that is incorrect or has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. As a trusted online cake store in Dubai, we will review the situation and either provide a full refund or arrange for a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Perishable Items 

For any non-perishable gift items or accessories sold through our online cake store in Dubai, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that while we will provide a full refund for the item, all shipping charges remain non-refundable.

Order Cancellations 

If you need to cancel your order, please notify our team as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. We will process a full refund for the order, excluding any shipping or processing fees that may have already been incurred by our online cake store in Dubai.
